• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and package weight.

1.4 Processing and Delivery Times

• Orders are processed within 3 business days.
• Delivery times depend on the shipping method and location:
  • Select "Canada Post Expedited Parcel" for the cheapest option
  • Select "Xpresspost with tracking" for the fastest option

2. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

2.1 Returns & Exchanges

Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if there is an issue with your order, please contact me within 3 days of delivery.

2.2 Damaged or Lost Packages

• If your order arrives damaged, please send us photos within 3 days of receipt.
• Sacrebleu Handcrafted is not responsible for lost packages once they have been shipped, but I will do my best to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping provider.
